| Why this Nurse is Special: |
Marcia goes above and beyound to help our clients with their medication needs. She drives from Good Hart daily and very rarely do you not see her smile. Since January she has had to cover two other locations in the agency as two of the nurses are out with extended illnesses. She covers the needs of this office 2 days a week and by phone when she covers our Crisis Residental Program and our Community Support Program. She doesnt complain and does what needs to be done no matter what and usually with a smile. She also runs a Healthy Living Group on top of all her other duties. She always goes above and beyond to pitch in where needed throuhout the agency. I think winning something like this would show that she is indeed appreciated and that her endless driving from home, to NCR to CSS is appreciated not only by the clients she serves but those she works with. There are times when you give and give and do not expect anything in return but to be recognized by her peers and other coworkers would be an unmearsureable accomplishment. |
